London Heathrow airport is the largest airport in the British capital and one of the busiest in the world, with flights to and from more than 180 worldwide destinations. As Heathrow is 17 miles from Central London, by car is one of the most convenient, comfortable and reliable ways to travel, whether you are driving into London or further exploring the south of England.
Hertz has been providing outstanding vehicle rental services worldwide for more than 90 years to make travel an easier prospect for its customers. You can find our Hertz Car Rental branch at London Heathrow when you land, and you can book your vehicle rental in advance.
London Heathrow became a civil airport in 1946 and has been developing, growing and winning awards ever since. Most recently it was awarded Best Airport in Europe 2015 (over 40 million passengers) by ACI Europe.
There are currently four terminals in use (T2, T3, T4 and T5), with British Airways predom-inantly using Terminals 3 and 5. Other airlines are grouped to minimise the amount of time spent travelling between terminals to make connecting flights, making London Heathrow an efficient, convenient travel hub.
Hertz Car Rental at London Heathrow airport can be found close to the terminals on Northern Perimeter Road (West). The branch is open 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday so you can collect and return your vehicle at a time that’s convenient to you.
