Standard Terms:
- Packages cannot be chosen online. Renter will have the option of choosing the package of choice at the time of vehicle handover.
- A valid credit card in the name of the renter is mandatory for any rental transaction
- This offer can not be clubbed with any other discounts/offers
- Hertz reserves the right to discontinue the offer in full or part without prior notice
- Monthly mileage allowance is 4,000 kms.
- Customer can book any number of times during the promo period.
- Any chosen package cannot be exchanged to any kind of discounts or refunds etc.
- All vehicle groups are subject to availability.
- Offer is valid across all locations in United Arab Emirates
- Standard Hertz terms & conditions apply.

Package I
- Renter will have the option to return the vehicle without refueling it.
- In case the customer opts to return the vehicle with full tank of fuel, no alternate discounts / offers / refunds can be availed
Package II
- Renter will be provided additional insurance cover (SCDW) free for the first month
- Renter will also not be charged the Airport fee for rentals starting or terminating at the airport
- Additional Insurance coverage will be free only for the first month and unless cancelled before the next renewal, standard charges will apply
- Package cannot be exchanged for any alternate discounts / offers / refunds.
Package III
- Renter will be provided delivery to an address of choice within city limits in the Emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah at no additional cost
- Renter’s vehicle will be collected from an address of choice within city limits in the Emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah at no additional cost
- Renter can add one additional driver to be part of the contract during the term of the contract
- Package cannot be exchanged for any alternate discounts / offers / refunds.
